1. Service Agreements

All B2B IT supply, consulting, and IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) services are subject to separate formal service agreements, quotes, or SLAs signed between Hashtag Electronics and the client. In the event of a conflict, the signed physical agreement shall take precedence.

2. IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) Liability

While we guarantee secure data destruction and provide certification, the client retains responsibility for removing all active licenses and ensuring no proprietary data remains on hardware prior to handover.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Hashtag Electronics or its content creators and is protected by South African and international copyright laws. The Linaledi One™ platform is proprietary software.

4. Limitation of Liability

Hashtag Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website. Liability for hardware and services is limited to the terms outlined in your specific service agreement.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
